The partner would need to manage the chain of biomedical waste transportation and disposal. Kindly note the terms of engagement:

1. Contract terms will be 1 year from effective date mutually renewable.
2. Segregation will done at the collection point in the hospital
3. Standard safety processes and statutory documentations are to be managed from partner end

Seeking quotations for F&B partner for a 300 bedded hospital in Sibsagar Assam from a capable, well – equipped, experienced and reputed Firms/Agencies/Organizations having experience of minimum 5 years for 200 beds capacity hospital.

The partner would need to manage the supply chain regarding management of the patient food and staff canteen. Kindly note the terms of engagement:

1. Refundable bank guarantee of INR 15 lakhs is mandatorily expected from the selected vendor.
2. Contract terms will be 1 year from effective date mutually renewable.
3. Infrastructure will be provided from SSMH side, rest has to be procured and provided by the partner.
4. Standard 6 servings as per advised diet chart of patients is mandatory.

Course Name: House Aaya (Geriatric caretakers)

Purpose of the Qualification: The purpose of the House Aaya (Geriatric Home Care) qualification is to train unemployed youth to become skilled caretakers for children and elderly persons. According to NSS Data (2013), a significant percentage of workers in rural areas are self-employed or engaged in casual labor, with limited formal skills. By equipping rural youth with essential caregiving skills, we aim to empower them to contribute positively to the economy and become productive members of society.

Certification Body: National Academy of RUDSETI, Bengaluru

Entry Requirement: We welcome both male and female candidates between the ages of 18 and 45 who have a genuine interest in pursuing a profession as a trained House Aaya for self-employment. Candidates with a natural inclination towards people-centric skills are preferred.

Documents required for registration: 

• PAN card

• Voter card

• Aadhaar card

• Last educational qualification certificate

• Caste certification

• Bank passbook

• Ration card or job card or BPL certificate issued by the village head or panchayat officials

• COVID-19 vaccine certificate (both doses)

Seeking quotations for House Keeping partner for a 200+ bedded hospital in Sibsagar Assam from capable, well – equipped, experienced and reputed Firms/Agencies/Organizations for 200 beds capacity hospital. 

The partner would need to manage the house keeping services including cleaning but not limited to sterile and non sterile areas of the hospital. Cleaning protocols will be arrived upon in consultation with the hospital infection control committee. Kindly note the terms of engagement: 

1. Applicant must be experienced in similar activity for minimum 5 years.  
2. Refundable bank guarantee of INR 10 lakhs is expected from the selected vendor. 
3. Contract terms will be 3 year from effective date mutually renewable. 
4. Agency will be responsible only for areas designated to it for house keeping services 
5. The Applicants should be registered under relevant statutes.
6. This will be cost plus management fee based operating model.
7. Deployment of adequate local resources and their training and development as per client specifications is a strict requirement
8. Criterion for participating:

• Experience in similar Activity 
• List of similar Service Contract executed successfully during preceding 3 years 
• Overall Manpower Strength (Employees in the payroll for more than 1 years) 
• Experienced in Hospital Institutions i.e., number of Clients Served in preceding five years
